WURRUNG SERIES:

My Flash Fwd works intention was to create works to reclaim, retell, and celebrate my Boonwurrung / Kulin culture, my own future folklore, language, and identity in an urban landscape.

These projects reclaim a prominent position of my own cultural experience and stories on the traditional lands of my ancestors the Boonwurrung.

Through the Wurrung series I was able to reclaim space and language through large scale LED Language works placed in Melbourne’s iconic Laneways. These works are a constant reminder to all that “You are on Country”.
